Beginning of the internship at Østsia!

This bar is an international one, it is located in the university, in in the basement. Because it is international, lots of exchange students come there to have fun and have a relax time. Of course, nowegian people go there too. I was surprise that there are lots of people who come to this bar! It is very known in the student community.

This experience will permit me to see and discover better the real norwegian habits ad culture. for example, I notice that it is normal to see a lot of Nowegians who come at the openning and ask for beers, even if it is just 11 am in the morning! 

Norwegians people have lots of parties, are often drunks and have quite fun alcohol games. They drink most of all pressure beers and "the best norwegian beer ever" (thanks to a norwegian friend): the nøgne ø ! I don´t test it yet...

The atsmosphere at the bar is very relax and cool, certainly because this is a voluntary work. So even employees can play billards or darts, listen music, drinks sodas or beers and just sit with friends, play games or everything else. But there is also a concert place just next to the bar so if we work at Østsia, we can go with mini prices! It is a compensation, like free cofee or tea or mini prices for sodas, etc. it is quite enjoyed :) !

The only important thing is that we have to serve client and that`s it!
